Mr. Pankaj Khimji is an Omani technocrat with a sharp focus on leveraging the immense business potential of emerging Oman. He has continuously worked and contributed at the macro level for the larger benefits  of Omani society. A Building construction engineer by qualification, he is a highly experienced businessman with extensive exposure in multi varied  public and private responsibilities at the advisory level. As the Partner-Director, Khimji Ramdas LLC, (KR) one of the leading business conglomerates in Sultanate of Oman, he has guided KR towards achieving sustainable growth overcoming global business challenges. KR’s business interests are spread across shipping services, logistics, building and construction related services and supplies, defense products and services, fast moving consumer goods, food commodities, home appliances, lifestyle products,  luxury retail, restaurant services and telecommunications and IT services.

His current and previous responsibilities & positions include: Chairman, Oman - India Joint Business Council ( Since- 2007), Vice -Chairman : Oman Singapore Joint Business Council ( Since - 2009), Member: Oman's Contingent for ILO Annual Conference, Founder Member and Representative: Oman's Committee for Promoting SMEs in Oman ( SANAD), Member: Ministerial committee for influencing Public Private Policy formation and Economic Diversion,Director : Fund for Development of Youth Projects (SAOC), Advisor : The Sultan School Board of Directors, Executive Board Member : Asian Cricket Council, Director: Oman Cricket Club, Founder Promoter: The Chedi Muscat, Director, Board of Directors: National Bank of Oman (1998 to 2003), Member : Advisory Council , YUM International ( 1998-2000).
