SULTANATE OF OMAN

  • Tilal Complex - Al Khuwair, Oman. 2,500,000 sqft Mixed-use Development consisting of the largest Shopping Mall in Muscat, Commercial Office Space, 245 Residential Units, and 116 Four-Star Serviced Apartments. Value $250 Million.
  • Grand Millennium Five-Star Hotel – 300 key hotel room with 32 ultra luxury hotel residences, and connecting sky-bridge to existing shopping mall. Value $150 Million.
  • Muscat Grand Mall Expansion – 1,500,000 sqft Mixed-use Development. The expansion to Muscat Grand Mall, Commercial Office Space, 210 Residential Units. Value $140 Million.
  • Shaden – Al Hail, Oman. 1,100,000 sqft Mixed-use Development with 423 apartments. Value $100 Million.
  • Muscat Grand Center, Oman – Shopping Mall with a total area of 800,000 sqft. Value $90 Million.
