- Grand Millennium Five-Star Hotel – 300 key hotel room with 32 ultra luxury hotel residences, and connecting sky-bridge to existing shopping mall. Value $150 Million.
- Muscat Grand Mall Expansion – 1,500,000 sqft Mixed-use Development. The expansion to Muscat Grand Mall, Commercial Office Space, 210 Residential Units. Value $140 Million.
